The purpose of Rural Voices of Europe is to encourage reflections on the challenges of rural youth in the years to come. At this event, we provide young people the opportunity to think, present and share their vision with their peers and a wider audience. Rural Voices provides the framework for young people to work together to develop proposals and recommendations for the Europe of the Future.
From October 24 to 31, 2021, Lugo has welcomed 30 young people from Italy, Lithuania, Serbia, Ukraine and Spain and celebrate that youth can create the future of our continent and make a sustainable life cover everything.

In this podcast you will hear a discussion between Dmytro Khomenko from Ukraine, Ivan Gajić from Serbia, Lucas Rodeiro from Brazil, Ana Barra Carneiro from Spain, Dominyka Rizgelytė and Rugilė Mačiulaitytė from Lithuania. These youth did this podcast to sensibilize about this daily life in rural areas and problems people can face. They recorded it during their participation in the Erasmus+ project Rural Voices of Europe which took place in Lugo, Spain in October 2021.
