The welfare of the animals for me is taking care of the rights of the animals and of the animals itself because animals can’t talk or maybe they can, but we don’t want to listen, so we have to do something for them.

A situation I know where animals welfare does not exist for me, is the management of the stray animals and the condition of the animals own by someone.

What would I do about this situation is for example for the management of the animals, increase the money for more animal shelters and for increase the people who work for taking care of these animals.

And fare the animals own by someone maximize the control for the condition of this animals. Like have a preferred space for the animals.
