Animal welfare for me is a broad word. It has to include everything that concerns animals and their well-being.

Animals have to treated with respect and tolerance. The protection of an animal’s welfare means to provide its physical and mental needs. Some basic principles should be regulated and followed in order to completely comply with the real meaning of animal welfare.

Situations where animal welfare doesn’t exist it is probably when the conditions and treatment does not obey the basic rules and principles.

Every animal on Earth deserves to have some basic needs in accordance to be living well. For example, if the animals it is underfed, without wafer on kept in a tiny unclean space that could be a violence over its freedom and well-being.

Anything that contradicts the idea on attempts to go against the lauds of well-being and ensure minimum standard of living conditions and treatments.

We can, as persons give a lot of examples of violations against the basic principles during over lifetime.
